Low Cost Plans
What do you get with low cost plans? You get what you pay for . . . which is not too much and certainly not enough to start doing business or even open a bank account . Generally speaking, with low cost plans, your Articles of Incorporation (or Articles of Organization if an LLC) are prepared and filed. Then you get a whole bunch of papers, all of which have many, many blanks that need to be filled in and a minute book, a seal, and some blank stock or membership certificates. Sometimes, but not always, you also get several pages of very complicated instructions that are not really too helpful, telling you how to fill out the complicated corporate documents. In low cost plans it is up to you to complete the corporate documents, to fill in the blanks in them, and then to file them as may be necessary with government agencies. This is really not an easy task. Your time is better spent operating your own business, not trying to fill out legal documents correctly or figuring out what government agency you need to deal with and exactly where, how and when to file the legal documents properly. When you get your company minute book from a low cost supplier there are many tedious and complicated steps you must take before you can start doing business.
With my firm all the complicated corporate documents are completely prepared and "signature ready." We file your corporate documents with the government agencies as is necessary. We get your federal tax identification number (EIN). We prepare your By-Laws and Operating Agreements. We prepare your organizational resolutions. We prepare your stock certificates. We prepare your membership certificates. When you get your company minute book from us, your corporation or LLC is immediately ready to start doing business and open up its bank account.
